What Chris Athletes Say:

“I’ve known Chris ever since I first joined a tri club back in 2007. Over the years he’s helped me to transform myself from a slow chopper with no idea to a fast chopper with some idea and at the same time helped me to keep things fun. He knows how to push the right buttons for different kinds of athlete and has played an integral part in my success firstly as an age grouper and later as a professional athlete.

Lucy Gossage, multiple Ironman champ, kona top 10 & more...

Chris is the only coach I’ve come across who has somehow enabled me to achieve goals I never thought possible. His belief in my ability, coupled with wisdom and a rare patience when my confidence fails me, have transformed my success and enjoyment of the sport. No matter what ability you are, if you are looking for a coach who will get to know you as a individual, and match your training to your specific needs, I would certainly recommend him.
