Camp Description:

Developing all your triathlon skills across all three sports but also your knowledge on training methods, equipment and strategies.  Its about improving your physical but also mental performance and making sure you use all the gains you can with the best use of any gadgets you may have as well as your time and training structure.  Swim technique is analysed, biking position and techniques discussed and run style looked at.  We go over the best swim toys, bike gizmos and styles in running shoes to give you the knowledge to then go away and make your own choices.    Plenty of time in the pool, sea, on the road and local trails as well as classroom time and of course lots of socialising and eating time.  Its all a balance!  This camp is suitable for all distances.

 

WEEK HIGHLIGHTS

  • Learn the best ways to pedal, climb mountains, descend safely and effectively as well as enjoying all the varying terrains and sites that the cycling routes of Majorca have to offer
  • Benefit from coached pool and open water swims with video analysis to help improve stroke and efficiency (1-1 with coach for analysis)
  • A series of informal talks that will complement the training schedule, covering a wide range of subjects to cater for all abilities.
  • A chance to ask the coaches questions both formally and informally – we are here to help you improve.

THE HOTEL – FOUR STAR ****
The hotel is located 2 minutes walk away from the local beach and sand dunes and on the run route for the Majorca middle and long distance triathlons.  The camp accommodation includes high standard en suite half board rooms in our beautiful 4 star hotel.  All rooms are apartment rooms which include a twin bedroom with separate living/dining room and kitchenette. Most rooms face out on to the main pool area or across the nature reserve.  The hotel includes a 25 metre outdoor heated swimming pool, an indoor gym and full spa facilities with hot and cold therapy baths.  Food at the hotel is a buffet style breakfast and evening meal with a large selection and choice to suit everyone’s needs.  Inside and outside eating areas are available as well as an adult only dining area.

ADDITIONAL INFO

  • Flexible payment options are available on request

  • To secure your place a non-refundable deposit of £250 per person is required (final payment due 10 weeks prior to arrival date)

  • Price based on two sharing a twin apartment style room – we will endeavour to pair you up if required 

  • Single occupancy is an additional £40 per night

  • Non athlete accompanying an athlete will receive a £100 reduction on the cost of a 7 night stay
  • Price based on half board accommodation (evening drinks not included)

  • Three sharing a room options are available on request

  • Flights, transfer and bike hire are not included (contact us or visit our FAQ page for help with these)

A week after leaving Tri Camp I’ve finally got my head back into the real world and come down from cloud 9! Thank you for such a fantastic week, I couldn’t have asked for a nicer group of people or better coaches.  Yourself, Jacqui and Helen were extremely helpful at all times and motivational when it was required along those flat, long straight Majorcan roads! Not my forte! It was helpful to pick up snippets of advise from the coaches and fellow tri-campers as the week went on – think we’ve all come home with something to improve which is great!
The set up of the week was perfect, and the schedule perfectly split out. The hotel was also brilliant with an onsite spa, adult pool, great food and clean rooms.  The camp has helped me figure out where my fitness is and i’ve come home inspired to push on for bigger and better things.Thanks a lot for a fantastic week.More Reviews Here…
