Full Day With a Coach

Covering all aspects of triathlon a full day of training and learning that is specific for you and your training needs. Work with the coach to improve your weaknesses and work on your strengths. Tell the coach what you want or let them assess where you are at and what they believe is the most effective use of having your own coach for the day! Swim, bike, run, transition, nutrition, strength, session planning, periodisation and race planning …. get the assistance you need and leave a better, more knowledgeable athlete. Time – Approx 6-7 hours with coach
Want to cover a few aspects of triathlon or even all of them in a short period of time and give yourself a boost and new viewpoint on your training. Then spend some 1:1 time with one of our coaches and benefit from their expertise. The time is yours and even better if you tell the coach what you want to work on beforehand they can set the day up to cover exactly what you want. We normally in a full day would look to cover the practical aspects such as seeing you swim, how you run, can you do a transition and can it be improved, what position you ride in and if your body is functioning correctly with a strong core and muscle balance. On the less practical side of things but also very important we can discuss training schedules, your racing plans and diary, how you structure workouts and what you eat, drink and do to recover. Pick one, two, three of these things or fit them all into an intense day; it’s tiring both physically and mentally but is a very effective use of time and you leave with a full report from the coach covering all the tips and hints they have given you.
